Apna Cart provides a platform connecting users with local restaurants and independent delivery partners for ordering and delivering food. We are a marketplace and not the supplier of the food or the employer of the delivery partners.
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: We strive to ensure food lists and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.
Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified except as permitted by our refund policy.
Payment: All payments must be made through the methods offered in the App.
Location: Use of the "near-by location" feature is necessary for service. By using the App, you consent to our use of your location data as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Chat: The chat feature is for coordinating order delivery only. Abuse of the chat service will result in account suspension.
Apna Cart is not liable for the quality or preparation of the food provided by restaurants or for the actions of independent delivery partners. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service in question.
All content, logos, and trademarks within the App are the property of Apna Cart or its licensors.
