Apna Cart acts as an intermediary connecting you with restaurants and delivery partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at the discretion of Apna Cart.
You are generally eligible for a full refund of the order value in the following circumstances:
| Circumstance | Details |
| Order Cancellation (Timely) | You cancel the order before the restaurant has accepted the order or within a specified grace period (e.g., 5-10 minutes) after placing it. |
| Restaurant Cannot Fulfill | The restaurant confirms the order but subsequently cancels it due to item unavailability, closing early, or other reasons. |
| Delivery Partner Unavailable | Apna Cart cannot assign a delivery partner, and the order is subsequently cancelled by us. |
| Undelivered Order | The order was confirmed by the restaurant but never successfully delivered to the correct location due to an error attributable to the delivery partner or Apna Cart |
