Apna Cart Refund Policy

1. General Principles

 

Apna Cart acts as an intermediary connecting you with restaurants and delivery partners. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued solely at the discretion of Apna Cart.

 

2. Eligibility for Full Refund

 

You are generally eligible for a full refund of the order value in the following circumstances:

Circumstance Details
Order Cancellation (Timely) You cancel the order before the restaurant has accepted the order or within a specified grace period (e.g., 5-10 minutes) after placing it.
Restaurant Cannot Fulfill The restaurant confirms the order but subsequently cancels it due to item unavailability, closing early, or other reasons.
Delivery Partner Unavailable Apna Cart cannot assign a delivery partner, and the order is subsequently cancelled by us.
Undelivered Order The order was confirmed by the restaurant but never successfully delivered to the correct location due to an error attributable to the delivery partner or Apna Cart
